Desire Nana is a graduated from Clark construction management program. I am also a graduated from Saint Leo university with a MBA and a MCSM from Devry university.
I grew up in a family owned commercial construction company, and this passion for construction did not disappear when I joined the military service. But, not being able to do both military and construction at the same time I chose to give my expertise to Habitat for Humanity International. Habitat is a nonprofit Christian organization that brings families, volunteers, and resources together to build simple, decent, and affordable housing, and to eliminate substandard housing in low-income areas. As volunteers we built more 100 houses for low income families in the Hampton Road area. Discharged in 20011, I started Outshine Contractors, a service disabled veteran owned small business, to bring my expertise to make a difference in the commercial construction industry.

Mr. Toku Aiyelawo
Chief Operations Manager
Straight out of my bachelors program, I had the opportunity to work for the government as a project manager. Traveling to various project sites and completing over 130 projects during my 8 year experience. I took the skills I harnessed and started my own consulting firm to fill in roles for small businesses that wanted to obtain commercial and government projects. I have worked as a quality control manager, site superintendent, Estimator, budget expert, project acquisition manager, and construction manager. Being able to work all these rolls has allowed me to know how to successfully run construction projects seamlessly and efficiently. My communications skills are impeccable because I’ve had to improve sub contractor, client, and general contractor relations. I know what I’m doing and how to utilize the team and lead them to victory.
